After receiving his high school diploma in 1967 he attended Michigan State University and in 1971 received his Bachelor of Science Degree . Marcel moved to Denver Colorado in 1973 where he and his wife raised their two sons. He worked as the western territory operating manager for a major retailer for 15 years. In 1998 Marcel jointed a local residential builder as their onsite sales representative and sold new construction homes for 8 years. In 2005 Marcel obtained his Colorado real estate license. From 2008 to 2010 He worked as a REO agent for the former Indymac Bank in California. In 2015 Marcel completed further real estate education and is now licensed by the State of Colorado as an Employing Real Estate Broker. Marcel was Chairmen of the board for the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2019. Marcel has lived in Colorado for the past 40 years and currently resides in Winter Park Colorado. Marcel works with Buyers and Sellers in the Grand County Luxury Home Market and manages the Equity Colorado Grand County office located in Cooper Creek Square and is a partner of The Savoie Team.
